• Your Role at ProCreator: What you need to bring to the ‘table’ • Passion for Innovation: A relentless drive to create user-centric designs that set trends and exceed expectations. • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to lead design processes from concept to final hand-off, fostering a creative and innovative team environment. • Client & User Engagement: Skills to understand client and user needs, translating them into exceptional products, websites, and applications. • Design Systems Mastery: Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive design systems and components. • Problem-Solving: Sharp problem-solving skills to identify and address UX issues, refining the user experience through feedback and usability testing. • Mentorship: Experience guiding and mentoring a team of UX designers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Experience: At least 5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. • Critical Thinking: Analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions. • What you will do: End-to-End Design Execution: Lead and execute all design stages from initial concept through wireframing, visual design, to final hand-off for development. • Prototyping & Specifications: Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications reflecting deep user insights and client needs. • Review & Feedback: Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to meet ProCreator standards and client expectations. • Design Systems & Problem-Solving: Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems, proactively troubleshooting UX issues and incorporating feedback. • Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.

🎯 Requirements

• UX Methodologies: Proficiency in research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping. • Design Expertise: Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles. • Design Systems: Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma. • Platform Experience: Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively. • Leadership & Mentorship: Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. • Bonus Skills: Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
