• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Project Management Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations and expected pace of your team of Project Managers. • Cultivate and Nurture Strategic Client Relationships: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for our most strategic accounts. • Ensure Flawless End-to-End Project Execution and Operational Excellence: Drive the successful execution of market research projects from inception through final delivery. • Drive Continuous Improvement and Innovation in Project Delivery: Champion the refinement and development of processes, methodologies, and technological approaches to enhance efficiency, quality, and client value in project delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Six or more (6+) years of market research experience, ideally within the project management function or with relevant experience of managing research projects from inception to completion • Three or more (3+) years of leading a team and managing direct reports • Market Research Expertise: Knowledge of market research concepts within the quantitative online market research stages. • People Management: Experience managing people, developing their skills and competencies as well as fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. • Effective Communication and Relationship Building Skills: Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with various audiences, build strong relationships with our clients, various internal stakeholders, and our globally dispersed team. • Meticulous Operational & Project Management: Highly organized with strong follow-through, solid time management, and multitasking skills. • Sound knowledge of project management concepts and tools; ensuring meticulous attention to detail, quality of deliverables and timelines. • Analytical Acumen and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical aptitude, results-oriented, and sound critical thinking abilities to proactively identify issues, provide solutions and ensure accuracy across all project deliverables. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient with G-Suite (GMail, Docs, Sheets etc.) as well as the Microsoft Office Suite. • Familiarity with survey scripting tools (e.g., Decipher, Qualtrics, Confirmit)
