📋 Description

• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation • Convey complex requirements to internal and external stakeholders • Develop solution, requirement, and discovery documents for review • Work on multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously • Demonstrate work deliverables to internal and external stakeholders • Execute project work following Agile methodology • Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams for proposed solutions • Manage task and work tickets, including descriptions and acceptance criteria • Develop understanding of business best practices for associations and nonprofits • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to deliver on-time, on-budget work products • Support the project team in identifying training needs for team members and clients • Document standard operating procedures • Implement and manage Salesforce CRM systems for non-profit clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprises • 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects • Excellent oral and written English communication skills • Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and writing SOPs • Agile project experience and at least one Agile methodology certification • Salesforce certification highly desired, or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of joining • Experience working in the non-profit or association industry preferred • Salesforce implementation or administration experience preferred • Experience administering or heavily using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations preferred • Experience providing quality assurance and/or acceptance testing strongly preferred • Ability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST • Must be located in Latin America
