📋 Description

• Own the health, engagement, and long-term success of our member community • Become a trusted, credible voice inside our member Facebook groups • Set the tone and standards for the community • Review member work and provide practical feedback • Run live Q&A coaching sessions each week • Coach members through real business problems • Collaborate with the coaching team to maintain guidance consistency • Handle the coaching inbox with quality answers • Build systems that enhance community engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Coaching experience • Real business knowledge across sales, marketing, pricing, recruitment, operations, or running a trade business • Ability to review business documents and provide impactful feedback • Experience in running live group sessions • Strong written communication skills • Thick skin for direct member feedback • High standards and ownership
