📋 Description

• Own technical solutions end-to-end, from understanding the problem and technical discovery through implementation, testing, release, production, and continuous improvement • Lead backend services or ship complete user-facing features across frontend and backend, depending on background • Validate feasibility, identify constraints, and shape the technical approach before scope is locked • Select technical solutions balancing customer value, delivery speed, maintainability, and operational risk • Test, release, monitor, and support solutions during rollout and hypercare • Use Claude Code, MCP servers, custom agents, skills, and internal tooling in AI-augmented development • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, QA, and other engineers • Contribute context and trade-offs rather than waiting for fully specified tickets • Identify recurring problems and improve products, systems, and engineering practices • Take responsibility for the technical quality of what reaches production

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped software used by real customers and stayed close to its outcomes • Strong engineering foundations in a primary technical area with sufficient range to deliver meaningful outcomes • Backend-led profile: strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony • Backend-led profile: experience designing backend systems, business logic, data modelling, REST APIs, integrations, and distributed architectures • Backend-led profile: practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, caching, and message queues • Backend-led profile: familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and production infrastructure • Backend-led profile: openness to JavaScript or TypeScript and contributing outside the backend • Full-stack profile: strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, and Vue.js • Full-stack profile: experience with component architecture, state management, performance, and maintainable frontend systems • Full-stack profile: practical knowledge of Tailwind and Pinia, or transferable comparable-tool experience • Full-stack profile: commercial experience with PHP and Laravel • Full-stack profile: confidence working with APIs, business logic, databases, caching, and backend integrations • Full-stack profile: UX sensibility, including interaction, accessibility, and consistency awareness • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor, or an equivalent AI coding environment • Experience using AI for technical discovery, implementation, test generation, debugging, codebase exploration, specification-driven development, or repeatable engineering workflows • Comfortable communicating in Polish and English • Ability to work closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders • Experience creating MCP servers, agents, skills, or internal AI tooling is a strong advantage • Experience with Event Sourcing or CQRS, design systems, component libraries, caching, queues, service boundaries, or complex integrations is advantageous
