📋 Description

• Own technical solutions end-to-end, from problem understanding and technical discovery through implementation, testing, release, production and continuous improvement • Lead backend services or ship complete user-facing features across frontend and backend • Validate feasibility, identify constraints and shape technical approaches before scope is locked • Select technical solutions balancing customer value, delivery speed, maintainability and operational risk • Test, release, monitor and support solutions during rollout and hypercare • Use Claude Code, MCP servers, custom agents, skills and internal tooling in AI-augmented development • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, QA and other engineers • Contribute context and trade-offs rather than waiting for fully specified tickets • Identify recurring problems and improve products, systems and engineering practices • Communicate technical trade-offs to Product Managers and business rationale to engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Shipped software used by real customers and stayed close to product outcomes • Strong engineering foundations in a primary technical area with sufficient range to deliver meaningful outcomes • Backend-led: strong commercial experience with PHP and Laravel or Symfony • Backend-led: experience designing backend systems, business logic, data modelling, REST APIs and integrations • Backend-led: experience with microservices, event-driven systems or distributed architectures • Backend-led: practical knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, caching and message queues • Backend-led: familiarity with Docker, CI/CD and production infrastructure • Backend-led: openness to working with JavaScript or TypeScript outside the backend • Full-stack: strong commercial experience with TypeScript, JavaScript and Vue.js • Full-stack: experience with component architecture, state management, performance and maintainable frontend systems • Full-stack: practical knowledge of Tailwind and Pinia, or transferable experience with comparable tools • Full-stack: commercial experience with PHP and Laravel • Full-stack: confidence with APIs, business logic, databases, caching and backend integrations • Full-stack: UX sensibility, including accessibility and interaction consistency • Full-stack: ability to deliver frontend and backend changes within the same feature • Hands-on experience with Claude Code, Cursor or an equivalent AI coding environment • Comfortable communicating in Polish and English • Ability to work closely with Product Managers, QA engineers, software engineers and business stakeholders • Experience creating MCP servers, agents, skills or internal AI tooling is a strong advantage • Familiarity with the listed technical environment is expected as relevant: PHP, Laravel, Symfony, TypeScript, JavaScript, Vue.js, Tailwind, Pinia, REST APIs, MySQL/MariaDB, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, microservices, CQRS, Event Sourcing, Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, Claude Code, MCP servers and AI agents
