📋 Description

• Execute tests for features before release using structured edge-case thinking • Conduct regular independent exploratory testing sessions on production • Generate test scenarios and perform coverage checks with AI assistance • Draft and validate accurate product and technical documentation • Identify, flag, and improve broken or inefficient processes • Report bugs clearly and factually • Build deep business and product understanding to support progression toward Quality Assurance Specialist responsibilities • Collaborate with developers, product, technology, recruitment, and QA stakeholders through interviews and practical assessment activities

🎯 Requirements

• Curiosity about business operations, including pricing logic, booking flows, and customer journeys • Meticulous and methodical testing approach with structured scenarios and edge-case analysis • Ability to use AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or equivalent for test scenarios, coverage audits, and documentation • Manual testing fundamentals, including exploratory testing, test case design, and actionable bug reporting • Process awareness and willingness to propose or build improvements • Communicative Polish and English: Polish for business-domain depth; English for documentation and cross-team collaboration • Ability to understand products end-to-end, including pricing, bookings, and integrations • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence • API basics using Postman • Hospitality and bookings domain focus • Bonus: workflow automation with AI tools • Bonus: exposure to travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or fintech domains • Bonus: experience writing test strategies or edge-case lists followed by developers
