📋 Description

• Own the impact: You take subject-matter responsibility for work packages and project streams — from structured analysis and the development of well-founded recommendations for action to successful implementation at the client. • Lead & enable: You are a reliable point of contact for our clients on an operational level, independently manage project tasks and provide professional guidance to Junior Consultants. • Think strategic: You identify key issues, interpret complex interrelationships and translate analyses into clear, client-relevant decisions. • Drive projects: You actively support project management, prioritize project-critical topics and ensure quality, timing and results-orientation. • Create & inspire: You contribute your expertise and ideas to the further development of our consulting approaches, topic areas and internal initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable field. • You have several years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or in comparable strategic project environments. • You have experience independently handling work packages or project streams and are familiar with structured working in demanding client projects. • You have previously taken responsibility for content, quality and outcomes and work confidently in direct interaction with clients and project teams. • You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel (focus: Germany and Europe).
