📋 Description

• Build internal AI tools and workflow automation for Engineering, Product, QA, and Design. • Implement RAG-based knowledge systems for product specifications, technical documentation, and architecture decisions. • Create reusable AI-assisted SDLC workflows covering product briefs, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, and release documentation. • Evaluate and integrate coding assistants, design-to-code tools, and other AI-enabled developer tools. • Define secure, observable, and cost-aware AI tooling patterns. • Own usage, reliability, and cost monitoring for developed tools. • Collaborate asynchronously across a distributed, global team.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, developer tooling, or related technical roles. • 2+ years building AI-powered tools, LLM-based systems, or RAG solutions. • Strong software engineering background with a track record of shipping reliable, maintainable tools used by other engineers. • Experience designing APIs, SDKs, or reusable internal services adopted by teams. • Solid grasp of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval workflows. • Strong written communication and ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment. • Comfort with ownership, transparency, and a results-driven mindset. • English resume required; professional English communication required by the application process. • Must be located within approximately ±4 hours of Central European Time (CET).
