📋 Description

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Map current-state processes and design future-state process flows • Identify process improvement opportunities and develop technology solutions • Evaluate solution impacts on people, processes, data, and controls • Perform system and data analysis for integration, migration, and rationalization decisions • Define user acceptance test scenarios, coordinate testers, and track defects • Lead discovery activities including interviews, workshops, walkthroughs, and requirements decomposition • Develop and own project plans from discovery through benefits realization • Manage risks, issues, decisions, and change control • Lead working sessions and governance forums, track actions, remove blockers, and drive decisions • Build Lean Business Cases and support prioritization and funding discussions • Prepare executive-ready status reporting covering progress, risks, decisions, budget, and benefits • Maintain project documentation including charters, plans, RAIDD logs, communications, training materials, and go-live assessments • Coordinate Internal Audit, Legal, Security, privacy, and compliance reviews • Support acquisition integration by documenting acquired systems, mapping them to Progress, and identifying ownership gaps and Day 1 risks • Build relationships across business units and enabling functions • Contribute to EPMO delivery standards, templates, and continuous improvement • Own assigned initiatives, establish reporting rhythms, and deliver milestones

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science, or equivalent practical experience • 6+ years combining business systems analysis and project management on enterprise technology initiatives • Availability from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST • Experience eliciting requirements from non-technical stakeholders and translating them into engineering specifications • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or a comparable major CRM or ERP platform • Experience running cross-functional projects to completion without direct authority over contributing teams • Working knowledge of traditional project management and Agile delivery • Strong process documentation and diagramming skills • Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting • High ownership and follow-through • Preferred: experience supporting M&A integration, systems rationalization, or post-acquisition migration • Preferred: familiarity with quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash architecture across CRM, CPQ, and ERP • Data analysis and data integration experience • Experience with Jira, Asana, or comparable work management tooling • Conceptual understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and cloud services • Preferred: PMP, PMI-PBA, PMI-ACP, CBAP, SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma certification • Preferred: prior work within a PMO, Center of Excellence, or enterprise governance function
