• Own and evolve Gainbridge’s operating system across strategy, process, and execution • Own the Annual Planning Cycle from kickoff through completion • Run monthly performance reviews, bi-monthly all-hands, and quarterly Gainbridge Advisory Board preparation • Develop and manage the annual Operational Plan and track OKR progress • Surface risks to leadership and partner on monthly Standard Updates • Gather, validate, and structure Scorecard, TAC, MAC, COF, NPS, and premium run-rate data • Lead quarterly business review meetings to drive accountability and informed decision-making • Implement and update workflow processes across teams • Lead the Gainbridge Vendor Management Program, including onboarding, payments, budgets, invoices, purchase orders, requests, renewals, and performance scorecards • Evaluate vendor purpose, pricing, tooling, and alternatives • Own Business Continuity planning, including BIA/BCP documentation and critical-process identification • Own the Legal Compliance Workflow and track regulatory obligations • Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives from scoping and success criteria through launch • Establish company-wide project management norms and scaffolding • Build scopes, timelines, dependency maps, and risk-and-issues logs • Drive decisions to closure and hold contributors accountable without formal authority • Prepare clear, leadership-ready updates for executive stakeholders • Own the company-wide meeting system and communication/documentation norms • Maintain the Significant Events & Milestone Calendar • Own Gainbridge’s Confluence space, governance conventions, version control, and company-wide documentation
• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or program management roles • Ideally experience in fintech, insurtech, or a regulated financial services environment • Track record of owning complex, cross-functional initiatives from scope through delivery • Ability to build plans, run cadences, manage risk, and deliver outcomes independently • Strong process design instincts and ability to build adopted, durable systems • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes and switch between strategic and operational work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience working directly with senior leadership • Comfort preparing materials for executive- and board-level audiences • Familiarity with fintech vendor ecosystems, including KYC/AML tools and payment platforms or similar regulated technology • Proficiency with knowledge management and project tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, or similar • Data fluency and comfort with operational reporting • Bias toward action, low ego, and sound judgment • Experience in a chief of staff or strategy partner capacity supporting a COO, VP of Operations, or equivalent (nice to have) • Background in business continuity planning or enterprise risk management (nice to have) • Exposure to product analytics platforms such as Sigma (nice to have) • Comfort with BI tools, SQL, or operational dashboards (nice to have)
