📋 Description

• Support the execution and continuous improvement of the enterprise delivery operating model • Administer governance processes, operational reviews, and delivery management standards across business units • Maintain and improve SOPs, playbooks, templates, and governance documentation • Monitor compliance with operational standards and identify process improvement opportunities • Facilitate operational review meetings and governance forums, track actions, and drive accountability • Support resource planning, capacity tracking, demand analysis, and utilization monitoring • Maintain resource availability, skill inventory, and workforce planning data • Analyze resource utilization trends and identify capacity risks and optimization opportunities • Partner with delivery leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and workforce deployment decisions • Support development, maintenance, and enhancement of operational dashboards and reporting capabilities • Partner with Finance and operational leads to support data-driven business decisions • Ensure data quality and consistency across operational reporting platforms • Identify operational bottlenecks and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions • Support change management, process adoption, documentation, training, and communication efforts • Serve as a power user and operational administrator for delivery-related systems and tools • Support optimization of PSA, ERP, CRM, and resource management platforms • Assist with system enhancements, testing, process configuration, and user enablement • Partner with IT and Business Systems teams to improve workflows and automation • Monitor system data integrity and resolve reporting discrepancies • Collaborate with Delivery Managers, PMO leaders, Finance, Sales Operations, HR, and Business Systems teams • Support enterprise operational initiatives and transformation programs • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior operations team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field • 3-5+ years of experience in Project Operations, PMO Operations, Professional Services Operations, Resource Management, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence • Experience supporting operations within a professional services, consulting, or technology services organization • Understanding of resource planning and utilization management • Understanding of capacity forecasting • Understanding of portfolio reporting • Understanding of operational governance • Understanding of professional services delivery models • Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities • Experience with PSAs, ERPs, CRMs, IT ticketing systems, and project portfolio management systems • Ability to translate operational data into meaningful business insights • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to drive process improvement initiatives • Experience supporting multi-business-unit service organizations preferred • Experience with Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Suite Projects Pro, Salesforce CRM, and UKG preferred • Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, PMI-PMOCP, or related operational certifications preferred • Experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives preferred • Ability to maintain a safe and ergonomically appropriate home workspace in compliance with company guidelines
