📋 Description

• Onboard new members to the Progyny Global benefit • Guide members on how to best utilise the service based on individual needs • Deliver ongoing concierge-level support throughout fertility and family-forming journeys • Conduct 1:1 video consultations, educating members on fertility, adoption, and surrogacy topics • Help members identify fertility clinics or service providers and schedule appointments • Address member inquiries by researching and presenting tailored solutions • Research country-specific legislation and medical landscapes related to fertility and family-forming options • Update knowledge databases with current healthcare practices and legal frameworks • Support translation and localization of benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills • Clear and concise verbal and written communication • Compassionate approach, high emotional intelligence, and genuine passion for helping others • Ability to quickly grasp new topics and expand knowledge of fertility, adoption, surrogacy, menopause, and pregnancy care • Strong attention to detail and prioritization abilities • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Commitment to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds • Background in healthcare, such as fertility nursing or midwifery, highly desirable • Prior customer care experience preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Fluent in English and Japanese • Additional languages are a strong plus
