📋 Description

• You are the right hand and a sparring partner for our founder team. • In this challenging and varied role, you proactively support management and the team with strategic tasks as well as all areas of daily operations. • You handle administrative project coordination and communication with project partners. • You assist with the management and controlling of a funded project and the company. • You prepare interim reports and contribute to budget planning. • You manage partnerships at both operational and strategic levels.

🎯 Requirements

• You are currently a student, for example in business/economics or a related field. • You have initial experience in administration and project controlling. • You enjoy working independently and are highly results-oriented. • You are energetic and not looking for a purely administrative role — you want to actively shape and build. • Through daily use, you are proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and similar tools. • Ideally, you have some relevant professional experience in strategic business development, consulting, workation/coworking, community building, as a startup founder, or in venture capital.
