📋 Description

• You will support the build-out and development of new business areas and independently work toward achieving set objectives • You will assist executive management with all organizational and administrative tasks • You will support the leadership team with all subsidiaries and new projects (IT company, carsharing, tiny houses, new spaces) • You will prepare decision papers as well as presentations and graphics, including analyses • You will act as a communication interface between executive management and external business partners as well as employees in German and English • You will prepare and follow up on meetings and conference calls, including taking minutes • You will handle scheduling and calendar management, with a focus on prioritizing the management team’s agenda • You will organize domestic and international travel and prepare expense reports

🎯 Requirements

• You are studying business/economics, law, engineering, or a related field • You have very good German and solid English skills • You are characterized by a reliable and, above all, independent working style • You enjoy a fast-paced environment, are passionate about making things happen, and work in a structured and conscientious manner • You are available for the internship 40 hours per week • It is an advantage if you have already gained initial experience at startups, agencies, or consultancies
