📋 Description

• Develop marketing strategies for B2B customers and B2C audiences, with a focus on Google and Meta Ads • Analyze target audiences and create relevant content • Create and manage campaigns for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, and the company’s own social media platforms • Independently write SEO-optimized articles for the website • Design simple images and videos for campaigns, the website, and social media channels • Collaborate with the marketing lead on more complex visual assets • Prepare decision papers, presentations, and graphics, including analyses • Create and distribute the newsletter to the community • Develop and expand the community • Further develop social media channels by conceptualizing and coordinating campaigns • Monitor social media channels, analyze KPIs, prepare campaign reports, and develop recommendations for action • Monitor trends and topics relevant to target audiences • Support various marketing initiatives as business needs arise • Serve as the communications liaison between management, external business partners, and employees in German and English

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in marketing, communications, media studies, design, or a comparable field • Experience with Meta Ads Manager • Initial experience in social media and online marketing, with knowledge of the relevant platforms • Strong interest in performance analysis and optimization opportunities • Strategic, business-oriented, and creative thinking • Fast learner with a high degree of initiative • Willingness to take on responsibility in a dynamic environment • Fluent in German and English • Excellent writing skills • Team player who is engaged, open-minded, and communicative
