📋 Description
• Analyse des bestehenden Data Managements und technologischer Plattformen • Erhebung und Priorisierung regulatorischer, fachlicher oder IT-technischer Anforderungen an die künftige Datenqualität und Datensicherheit sowie Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen für unsere Kunden • Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Entwicklungsteams, externen Dienstleistern und weiteren Stakeholdern sowie Spezifikation von fachlichen Lösungen zur Verbesserung des Data Managements • Verantwortungsvolle, eigenständige Projektarbeit beim Kunden in kleinen internationalen Teams • Abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld, bei dem jeder Mitarbeiter gefördert und gefordert wird • Entwicklung von Lösungen für marktrelevant Themen • Begeisterung beim Auf- und Ausbau von Projective Group Deutschland
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts)-Mathematik, (Wirtschafts)-Informatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung • Mindestens vier Jahre Berufs- und Projekterfahrung bei Versicherungsunternehmen, Banken, Asset Managern oder in der Finanzindustrie allgemein mit Bezug zum Data Management • Fachliche Expertise bei der Bewertung von Datenqualität, in der Datenmodellierung bzw. beim Master Data Management • Kenntnisse in der Datenarchitektur und in Systemen bzw. Technologien zur Datenauswertung • Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in aktuellen regulatorischen Fragestellungen (wie ESG/SFDR, MiFID II/MiFIR & PRIIPs) • Gute methodische Kenntnisse in Business Analyse, Anforderungsmanagement, Prozessoptimierung, Konzeption und Projektmanagement • Analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit Kommunikationsstärke, offenem Auftreten und Spaß an Teamarbeit • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
