📋 Description
• Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von Abläufen, Kundenanforderungen, Geschäftsmodellen und funktionalen Spezifikationen • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Strategien und Prozessen bis hin zu Konzepten bei der Einführung geeigneter Softwarelösungen • Verantwortungsvolle, eigenverantwortliche Projektarbeit beim Kunden in kleinen internationalen Teams • Fokussierung auf unsere Practices der unterliegenden Fachthemen: Payments , Data, Transformation, Risk & Compliance • Übernahme von Verantwortung bei hoher intrinsischer Motivation • Entwicklung von Lösungen für marktrelevante Themen • Begeisterung beim Auf- und Ausbau von Projective Group Deutschland
🎯 Requirements
• Erfolgreicher Hochschulabschluss (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Abschluss • Berufserfahrungen in der Finanzdienstleistungsbranche / Unternehmensberatung / Fintech mit dem Fokus auf Zahlungsverkehr im Bankenumfeld (min. 2 Jahre) • Praktische Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Business Analyse, Prozessoptimierung, Geschäftsmodellen, Test Management, IT Transformation und fachliche Kenntnisse im Zahlungsverkehr, wie z.B. TARGET2, SWIFT ISO Migration, Instant Payments, SWIFT Innovations, CBDC (digitaler Euro), Open Banking, Mobile Payments & Cards • Gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in aktuellen regulatorischen Fragestellungen (wie ESG/SFDR, MiFID II/MiFIR & PRIIPs) sowie bei Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaften genutzten Applikationen (SCD, Xentis, Multifonds, Aladdin) sind von Vorteil • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten • Sicheres Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Spaß an Teamarbeit • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) • Internationale Reisebereitschaft
