• Lead the technical content development of the NOUR Toolkit and provide ongoing advisory support throughout the project. • Develop culturally responsive prevention strategies, awareness materials, reporting and referral approaches, and training content aligned with child protection, safeguarding, and gender equality principles. • Support capacity strengthening for teachers, mentors, and relevant stakeholders on topics related to sexual harassment prevention & response mechanisms. • Ensure that all interventions promote safe, inclusive, and respectful environments for adolescents and young people. • Uphold strict confidentiality, safeguarding, and child protection standards throughout the implementation of the project.
• Master's degree in Education, Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences, Child Protection, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of experience in SH prevention, gender-based violence (GBV) prevention, safeguarding initiatives in schools, or related youth well-being programming. • Demonstrated experience collaboration with other consultants • Demonstrated experience developing and/or implementing sexual harassment solutions and sexual harassment awareness and prevention training programs for schools or educational. • Preferred: Experience with teacher and staff training on sexual harassment prevention in schools and developing solutions such as referral systems. • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed, age-appropriate approaches to SH prevention for adolescents. • Proven ability to navigate sensitive discussions with adolescents and adults in a respectful, age-appropriate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive manner. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • French, and/or Arabic/Darija highly preferred. • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills • Critical thinking and effective problem-solving capabilities. • Ability to work with adolescents and diverse stakeholders • Strong organizational and project management abilities • Commitment to gender equality, child rights, and safeguarding principles • Familiarity with the Moroccan cultural, educational, and institutional context preferred. • Experience working in the MENA region preferred. • Experience working with international donors and partners. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and other relevant software tools.
