📋 Description

• Respond to clients via tickets, corporate WhatsApp, and phone calls. • Gather requirements for training. • Deliver virtual training to our internal and external clients. • Prepare manuals.

🎯 Requirements

• **The technical and behavioral requirements for this role are:** • Experience in the finance area (accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, banking arrangements); • Experience with ERP software; • Computer skills; • Interpersonal skills; • Quick learner; • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Management Processes, or a related field. • **Behavioral** • Quick learner; • Good interpersonal skills; • Proactive. • **It's a major advantage if you have...** • Experience in plastic manufacturing industries. • Experience with the Iniflex ERP (proprietary software). • Intermediate Spanish
