📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for your product area • Set and hold a high operating tempo • Lead discovery and validation • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success • Set clear success metrics and use data to inform decisions • Drive go-to-market readiness • Anticipate market shifts and identify new opportunities • Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance customer workflows • Communicate with clarity and influence

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10 years of product management experience owning products end-to-end in a SaaS and B2B environment • Proven ability to set strategy and deliver outcomes • A track record of raising team output • Strong communicator and storyteller • Hands-on experience leading cross-functional collaboration • Analytical mindset • Experience driving 0→1 launches or scaling existing products to new levels of growth • Genuine fluency with AI-driven tools • A natural leader who thrives in ambiguity
