📋 Description

• Lead and oversee complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated software projects. • Coordinate multiple project managers and the involved project teams. • Analyze, prioritize and refine requirements together with customers and internal business units. • Design cross-functional technical and business solution concepts. • Establish appropriate program governance structures and manage formats such as steering committees and management reviews. • Monitor progress, quality and achievement of objectives across all program projects. • Plan, coordinate and support testing, product releases and rollouts at the program level. • Organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings and training within the program context.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or IT-related training / degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, IT Management, Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field. • Several years of experience in managing complex software programs across multiple projects. • Confident in defining program objectives, roadmaps and milestones. • Strong stakeholder management skills and confident governance control. • Experience in requirements analysis, testing, releases, rollouts and workshops — ideally in logistics, warehouse or supply chain environments. • German language skills at C1/C2 level and English skills at least at B2 level.
