📋 Description

• Travel extensively to repair, maintain and start-up specified Bartelt Packaging equipment • Provide a communication link between the customer and the Company • Installation, integration, repair and troubleshoot flexible machinery • Ensure all established inspection, testing, quality and operating specifications are met • Direct and/or oversee customer’s personnel during installations and integrations • Maintain a 24-hour on-call status and provide customer technical telephone support • Provide customer training regarding the operation & service of our machinery • Assist customers with aftermarket parts needs while in the field

🎯 Requirements

• Technical, Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 3 years experience in machinery repair • Knowledge/skills of mechanical principles • Willingness to travel extensively within the US and internationally • Good communication & interpersonal skills • Strong customer service focus • Proficiency in Windows & MS software (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to train customer personnel on equipment • Prefer experience in flexible packaging material machinery • PLC programming experience preferred • Familiarity with PLC/PC systems helpful
