📋 Description

• Coordinate and track multiple projects across different teams • Break down initiatives into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables • Monitor progress, dependencies, risks, and blockers • Keep Jira boards, tickets, and workflows updated and organized • Maintain clear and standardized documentation in Confluence • Lead follow-ups, check-ins, and status updates with stakeholders • Escalate delays or risks proactively • Support PMO processes, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 6 years of experience in project management or project coordination • Hands-on experience with Jira, including boards, workflows, and reporting • Experience using Confluence for documentation and collaboration • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
