📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications with a strong UI focus • Develop high-quality, responsive, and performant frontend interfaces • Build and scale backend APIs and services • Translate product and design requirements into seamless user experiences • Own features end-to-end — from data modeling to frontend delivery • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams • Optimize performance across frontend (UX, rendering) and backend systems • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability practices • Leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining quality

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in English is a MUST • Expert-level React with TypeScript • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design implementation • Experience with performance optimization (rendering, lazy loading, code splitting) • Ability to build clean, scalable, and maintainable UI components • Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript • Deep understanding of APIs, async patterns, and system performance • Ability to independently design, build, and ship complete features • Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.) • Experience with Docker and containerized environments • Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) in production • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines • Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL/MySQL) • Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB) • Familiarity with caching systems like Redis • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong understanding of security principles (OWASP, SOC2/ISO basics) • Focus on code quality: testing, linting, documentation • Ability to contribute to architecture decisions • Strong focus on frontend performance and user experience • Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and rendering behavior • Backend performance tuning and scalability • Experience with observability tools (logging, monitoring, tracing) • Experience using AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Claude, etc.) • Ability to review and validate AI-generated code • Ability to mentor other engineers • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
