📋 Description

• Execute and optimize SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies • Perform localized CRO analysis and partner with CRO and web development teams to improve engagement, lead quality, and conversion rates • Conduct keyword and competitor research to identify growth opportunities • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices (metadata, internal linking, site performance, structured data) • Monitor performance using tools such as Google Search Console, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, and analytics platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English level for daily communication • Upper-intermediate/Advanced German level • 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics and testing methodologies • Experience with AI search (AEO/GEO) strategies • Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, BrightEdge, or similar platforms • Solid understanding of analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
