📋 Description

• Help healthcare organizations solve their toughest challenges through strategic process improvement • Manage complex projects and provide implementation leadership • Collaborate with clients and strengthen relationships as a true advisor

🎯 Requirements

• Epic Compass Rose certification • 5+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor • Deep understanding of care management and population health workflows • Experience translating business and clinical requirements into Compass Rose solutions • Ability to provide implementation leadership, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
