• Certifications • Epic HB Claims and PB Claims certifications • Experience • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor • Soft-Skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
