📋 Description

• Work independently and take ownership in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams • Create optimal conditions for modern software development • Ensure stable platforms and automated processes • Provide the best possible day-to-day support for development teams • Drive the automation and continuous improvement of build, test, and deployment processes • Apply modern AI-assisted tools to simplify and optimize development and operations workflows • Understand, evolve, and continuously improve modern platforms together

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience in a DevOps environment, (backend) software development, or in the operation and administration of IT infrastructures • Ideally, experience with OpenShift or Kubernetes as well as GitOps, observability, and identity-management tools such as ArgoCD, Kustomize, Prometheus, Grafana, or Keycloak • A willingness to automate build, test, and deployment processes, with tools like Docker being second nature to you • Confident communication skills in German and English — both written and spoken • A tendency to look beyond immediate tasks and keep the big picture in mind
