• Assess the quality of practices through various types of audits to ensure compliance with current standards, company procedures and guidelines • Measure the quality of our advisory role and the experience of our policyholders and business partners using various methods • Identify strategies to improve procedures and processes with a focus on adding value for our policyholders and business partners • Contribute to the development and delivery of training content and support staff in developing their skills • Provide regulatory compliance advisory support • Handle complaints and carry out other responsibilities within the team
• DEC or AEC in Property and Casualty Insurance • Valid AMF license or PAA/FPAA designation (asset) • ChAD trainer accreditation or other relevant instructor training (asset) • Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in risk analysis in personal insurance or other relevant experience • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information • Autonomy and initiative • Commitment to follow through and openness to change • Ability to communicate complex information in plain language
