📋 Description

• Thoroughly scope engagements through assessing the client’s operations and business processes, gathering key business and functional requirements, and making recommendations to optimize Proofpoint technologies. • Provide strategic program design solutions that allow clients to identify, protect, monitor, and manage their most protected data, and people. • Work with the broader Professional Services, Support, Engineering, and Product teams to address customer concerns and manage escalations. • Work closely with your corresponding sales organization to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction continues to rank high. • Present updates to management identifying risks, challenges, and proposed solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Working understanding of IT consulting or related fields. • Basic familiarity with Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, or Cloud Security concepts is preferred. • Basic understanding of cloud applications. • Exposure to Microsoft or Symantec DLP solutions is desirable. • Preferred experience in customer-facing role. • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service, with the confidence to engage in-person and virtually. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through to completion.
