• Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program, ensuring timely onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with policies and procedures. • Serve as a primary operational liaison between internal stakeholders, staffing vendors, and the PEO to ensure seamless worker engagement and issue resolution. • Maintain program documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures. • Support data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to drive program visibility, performance insights, and compliance monitoring. • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Procurement teams to streamline workflows, standardize policies, and ensure consistent experiences across all engagements. • Oversee vendor invoicing, purchase order tracking, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy and budget adherence. • Assist in vendor performance reviews by collecting metrics and operational feedback. • Contribute to system enhancements, including vendor management systems (VMS) and internal HR tools. • Monitor regulatory and policy compliance across all contingent workforce operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, HR, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in program operations, HR operations, or vendor management. • Working knowledge of contingent labor models, PEO arrangements, and workforce compliance. • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in VMS tools, data systems, and reporting platforms. • Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. • Experience supporting multi-country or large-scale workforce programs. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and operational initiatives
