📋 Description

• Prepare and file annual reports and business licenses • Assist with monthly sales and use tax compliance responsibilities, as necessary • Manage all exemption certificates requests from vendors and customers • Maintain OneSource tax software (product exceptions, customer exemptions, rate overrides, material group mappings, etc.) • Respond to tax authority inquiries and audits, as necessary • Assist with account reconciliations for various tax liabilities • Identify and assist with process improvements • Effectively communicate within the organization to facilitate information

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of previous administrative, customer service, tax/finance or relevant experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, & Internet Applications • SAP or tax engine experience a plus
