📋 Description

• Coordinate projects from estimation to completion for assigned client(s) • Act as the main day-to-day contact on current projects for clients, internal departments, and production vendors • Serve as the vital liaison between the client, the internal team, and production, resolving complex problems using strong technical knowledge • Ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions from concept to completion • Translate client requests and requirements into detailed, technical instructions for production teams • Create estimates, assign resources, monitor project progress, and ensure packaging requirements meet strict guidelines • Attend client meetings regarding production processes, capacity, timelines • Handle heavy administration tasks, initiate new data requests, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing by tracking change orders and reworks • Participate in or lead cross-functional teams to develop and adapt workflows, improving efficiency, accuracy, speed, and quality.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Advanced degree/MBA preferred) • 5+ years of previous project coordination experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, FDA regulations, and Print/Packaging environments • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese • Strong global customer service skills, with the ability to manage both internal and external international stakeholders • Solid decision-making skills, heavy task prioritization, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment • High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and internet applications.
