📋 Description

• Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management system, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications. • Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure all artwork files are correctly tagged, categorized, and archived. • Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork-related issues within the DAM system. • Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow system usage. • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the SGX. • Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback to all stakeholders. • Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met. • Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions, facilitating a smooth workflow. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Serve as the client’s brand guardian, ensuring global consistency in artwork production. • Capture and manage a repository of client nuances, brand assets, and standard processes. • Verify all technical specifications and supplied data align with project requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field. • Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Fluency in English (both written and verbal). • Proficiency in project management software and tools. • Strong organizational and time-management. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving and customer service.
