• Lead Full Application Design: Own the full application design, redesign, and optimization of the CE Broker and Evercheck platforms from concept through deployment. • User-Centered Strategy: Collaborate with Product Managers to conduct user research, analyze user needs, and translate those insights into actionable, high-impact design solutions. • Design & Prototyping: Create clear wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for both web and mobile applications using modern design tools. • Front-End Engineering: Develop production-ready front-end code for user interfaces using modern frameworks like React and styling utilities like Tailwind CSS. • Design System Contribution: Actively contribute to the development, maintenance, and governance of our Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products. • Accessibility & Standards: Ensure all designs and front-end code adhere strictly to accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or UX Engineer with a proven portfolio showcasing successful product delivery. • High proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and experience leading full application redesign projects. • Demonstrated ability to write and deploy production-level front-end code using React and Tailwind CSS. • A strong understanding of product strategy and how UX design drives measurable business results (e.g., conversion, adoption). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Stakeholders). • High proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required for daily collaboration with global teams.
