• Organized and process-driven • High attention to detail • Client-facing personality, comfortable speaking to senior executives • Tech-Savvy: ability to learn and master marketing software such as HubSpot, SEMRush, etc. • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills • Driven, self-starter personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Result-Driven and able to analyze and improve performance • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and growth trajectory • 4+ Years of Professional Marketing Experience • At least 2 years in a B2B Marketing role • At least one year in a Marketing agency environment • Experience in managing accounts and client relationships, leading meetings, and being the main point of contact for clients • Well-versed with HubSpot (preferred) or comparable CRM software • Experience creating and managing successful demand generation campaigns for B2B companies • Experience using multi-channel approaches combining advertising, SEO, emails, webinars, etc., to generate leads • Experience analyzing campaign results and testing optimizations to improve conversions & results • Experience overseeing the timely delivery of projects, from ideation to launch, while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Experience with Google’s marketing suite of products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc.
