📋 Description

• Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily. • Manage and track activities through our CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot). • Prospect through both cold and warm calling to generate new business. • Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers. • Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships. • Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals. • Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships. • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Tech-savvy and adaptable with new software and systems. • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations. • Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers. • Desire to thrive in a performance-based, rewarding environment.
