âą Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls daily. âą Manage and track activities through our CRM systems (Acumatica/HubSpot). âą Prospect through both cold and warm calling to generate new business. âą Nurture existing accounts and re-engage past customers. âą Create new customer accounts and expand facility partnerships. âą Meet and exceed key performance and work ethic goals. âą Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships. âą Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. âą Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless support.
âą High school diploma required; college degree preferred. âą Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. âą Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. âą Critical thinking and problem-solving ability. âą Excellent verbal and written communication skills. âą Tech-savvy and adaptable with new software and systems. âą Self-motivated with a drive to exceed expectations. âą Team-oriented, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers. âą Desire to thrive in a performance-based, rewarding environment.
