📋 Description

• Lead the design and implementation of Prophet’s frontend using React, and TypeScript. • Establish and maintain scalable component libraries, design systems, and development standards. • Partner with product and design leaders to translate complex functionality into elegant, high-performing user interfaces. • Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, and reliability across browsers and environments. • Collaborate with backend teams to define robust, efficient APIs and data flows. • Lead technical reviews, mentorship, and cross-functional engineering initiatives. • Contribute to long-term product strategy and technical roadmap decisions. • Advocate for frontend engineering excellence and champion the user experience throughout the product development process.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep frontend expertise using React, Typescript, Tailwind and HTML/CSS. • Proven ability to design and implement complex, performant UI architectures. • Strong understanding of design systems, state management, and scalable component frameworks. • Demonstrated aesthetic and product taste — with a track record of building intuitive, visually refined user interfaces. • Experience mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and setting technical standards. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with comfort operating in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment. • Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML-driven interfaces, or real-time data visualization.
