📋 Description

• Prototype and ship AI-powered workflows and internal tools • Automate repetitive processes across functions • Integrate systems using APIs, webhooks, events, and lightweight services • Run rapid experiments: design value hypotheses, define success metrics, build MVPs, and iterate based on user feedback and telemetry • Harden and scale what works: add tests, observability, access controls, fallbacks/guardrails, and performance improvements • Create reusable components and share playbooks that help other teams move faster • Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, data/platform teams, and security to ship compliant and supportable solutions • Contribute to the CoE: participate in design reviews, pair on tricky problems, and help evolve standards for reliability, cost, and responsible AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years in software engineering, automation, or internal tools • A builder mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and learning new systems/tools • Hands-on fluency in one or more of: Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; SQL; REST/gRPC; event/webhook patterns; git • Experience with AI delivery: prompt design, agent orchestration, retrieval/RAG, guardrails, and data privacy • Experience connecting common business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday, Notion) into cohesive workflows • Strong collaborator skill set: someone who can translate business needs into technical plans and explain trade-offs clearly.
