• ProSidian seeks a Benefits Compensation Program Review Consultant for the US Dept. of Energy. • Objective: Ensure HMIS compensation program attracts and retains productive employees. • Responsibilities include reviewing compensation philosophy, establishing job worth, and compliance with laws.

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years relevant experience in human resources and compensation. • Professional certifications preferred (SHRM, IFEBP, WorldatWork). • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. • Identification of conflicts of interest with Hanford Site contractors. • Fully vaccinated against COVID or able to meet entry requirements for federal buildings. • Must be a United States Citizen. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
