• Provide CFSAN IT System Lifecycle Development and Management Support Services on behalf of FDA. • Determine availability and capability of small business manufacturers for IT System Lifecycle support. • Engage in project management services for CFSAN's IT portfolio. • Develop and maintain IT systems, code, scripts, designs, documentation, and reports. • Train CFSAN stakeholders for existing and newly-developed applications. • Focus on integration services and maintain systems for availability and security. • Transition activities to ensure smooth operation and management of CFSAN IT systems. • Implement best practices for project management and technology support.
• Expertise in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating human resources programs. • Successful experience in designing and implementing compensation and pay for performance programs. • Experience in job analysis, evaluation, and Fair Labor Standards Act exemption determinations. • Knowledge of existing laws and regulations on federal compensation and performance programs. • Strong technical skills coupled with business intelligence in scientific/knowledge management areas. • Ability to transform customer needs into application and operational requirements. • Skilled in evaluating information and accurately documenting requirements and data. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business tools.
