• ProSidian is seeking a remote Business Support Analyst - Virtual Assistant for daily business activities. • This role involves organizing files, supporting business development, assisting in operations, and performing research. • The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, organized, and possess strong communication skills. • Responsibilities include preparing presentations and marketing materials, managing travel arrangements, and overseeing administrative tasks. • A successful candidate must have proficiency in MS Office and excellent time management skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools • Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills • Experience with Google Docs, cloud services, and other technology tools • Must be able to work independently and get the job done with the ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions. • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role • Self-directed and able to work without supervision and strong customer service and presentation skills • Two years' previous experience handling assistant or administrative responsibilities, or experience in customer service or related field preferred
