📋 Description

• Serve as a Systems Engineer - Intermediate and provide coverage for swim lane tasks primarily considered in alignment with Task 2.4.3 – Video Conferencing And Phone Support related activities to Support Government And Public Services Sector Clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 video and phone systems troubleshooting. • Deliver technical solutions and support for phone systems and video conferencing hardware. • Support video conferencing and voice services with advanced technical knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• Telecommunication systems management experience, preferably in a multi-location environment. • Intermediate-level video and phone system troubleshooting experience. • Experience with video conferencing and telecommunication systems in federal agencies. • Certification Skillset Attributes | Process Skillset Attributes | Functional Skillset Attributes | Technical Skillset Attributes | Educational Skillset Attributes Systems Engineer - Intermediate Certification Skillset Attributes: - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) - Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) • Systems Engineer - Intermediate Process Skillset Attributes: - Best Business Practices - Change Management - Documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Systems Engineer - Intermediate Functional Skillset Attributes: - Cybersecurity Proficiency - Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity • Systems Engineer - Intermediate Technical Skillset Attributes: - IT Service Management (ITSM) - Operating System (OS) Support - High Availability Cluster Multiprocessing (HACMP) • Systems Engineer - Intermediate Educational Skillset Attributes: - Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science - Advanced Certifications • Skills Required Experience managing telecom networks across multi-site environments. • Intermediate-level video conferencing and telecommunication support experience. • Experience in managing video and voice systems in multi-location environments.
