• Provide services and support as a Project Facilitation (PF) Services in the Energy, Resources, And Industrials Industry Sector. • Focus on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP). • Conduct site assessments to evaluate feasibility, scope, and economics of energy-related projects. • Provide guidance on funding approaches and technical advice based on proposal analysis. • Support the ESPC Task Order process including development, award, and administration.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering, project management, or contracting experience. • Recommended: 10 years of relevant experience. • Minimum Required: Engineering or other technical degree from a four-year college or university. • Recommended (Not Required, but may receive higher scoring): PE, CEM, or CMVP Certification. • Experience in federal acquisitions related to third-party financing. • Knowledge of ESPC regulations, statutes, and FAR clauses. • Ability to perform cost/price analysis and determine price reasonableness. • Strong understanding of ESPC contracting and project facilitation. • Proven track record in acquisition planning, developing solicitations, evaluating proposals, and administering contracts. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
