📋 Description
• Support requirements for Hanford Advisory Board (HAB) Facilitation Support • Establish and distribute HAB meeting schedules, agendas, and work plans • Maintain effective communications with agency representatives • Develop and distribute the HAB Annual Report • Assist with the HAB/Public Involvement Survey • Maintain a HAB library per FACA guidelines • Monitor and assist in administrative procedures as developed by the Board
🎯 Requirements
• Consecutive employment in a comparable role within the last five years • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Four years of relevant experience organizing meetings and providing administrative assistance • Knowledge of website design and maintenance • U.S. Citizenship Required • Must be determined eligible for Facility Access Authorization • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement • Must qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or DOE "Q" clearance
