📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams • Oversee project implementation • Guide restructuring of state-owned enterprises • Ensure adherence to international governance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of management experience in oil and gas • Experience with SOE change management • Expertise in European governance standard • Bachelor’s degree minimum, Advanced degree preferred • Advanced leadership and team-building • Expertise in oil and gas governance • Strong analytical and problem-solving • Change management strategies • Cross-functional collaboration • Russian/Ukrainian language proficiency preferred but not mandatory • Experience with Eastern Europe, particularly Ukraine
