📋 Description

• Prosper Health is on a mission to make life happier and healthier for autistic and neurodivergent adults. • We offer virtual mental health services—covered by insurance and built specifically for autistic adults. • We're hiring Licensed Mental Health Therapists to provide therapy for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth. • Focus on what matters most: Provide exceptional client care while we manage administrative tasks, insurance billing, and client acquisition. • Enjoy scheduling flexibility: Design your work schedule to accommodate personal needs and maintain optimal work-life balance. • Scale your practice quickly: Build your caseload with steady client referrals during your first few weeks.

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed independent mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMHC) • Strong clinical skills in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT or ACT • Interest in working with autistic or neurodivergent adults • Comfort with technology and virtual care platforms (Zoom, EHR, Slack) • Excellent communication skills and commitment to client-centered care • Telehealth experience preferred but not required
