📋 Description

• Assist Deputy General Counsel in providing legal support for life and annuity product development and launch initiatives • Support attorneys in addressing legal aspects of both new product and in-force product initiatives • Help ensure legal review, analysis and decision-making is properly documented and implemented • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure project milestones are met • Assist with corporate governance needs, including maintenance of corporate records and regulatory filings

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of paralegal or similar experience • Significant exposure to corporate and transactional work • Experience in the life insurance, annuity, or broader financial services industry strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred • Strong proficiency with entity management systems, document management tools, and Microsoft Office
