📋 Description

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (IT companies, startups, and enterprises) across Europe, the USA, and LATAM. • Present our recruitment and outstaffing services, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups. • Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring smooth handover to the delivery/recruitment team. • Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to align on client requirements and hiring priorities. • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new business acquisition and revenue generation.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition, ideally within recruitment, IT services, or outsourcing industries. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented approach. • Ability to work independently and manage your own client pipeline. • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify, or other prospecting tools is a plus. • Personal database of potential clients
